Wear Orange Weekend Violence Prevention Event

Public Health Madison & Dane County is hosting a series of Wear Orange Weekend events raising awareness about the urgent need to end gun violence.

Sherman Church is partnering with the Department of Health for the Wear Orange Event on Sunday, 6/8 from 1pm-3pm. It will be a community resource event with food, music, and speakers.

Wear Orange Weekend is part of a nationwide campaign supporting Everytown for Gun Safety(link is external). It’s an organization dedicated to ending gun violence, led by parents, students, survivors, educators, and more.
